We request our partners and customers to carefully read this Terms and Conditions to understand the rights and obligations of doing business with us. When you are visiting our site, creating an account with us and also undertaking a transaction, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. At all stages, we deserve the rights to upgrade our terms and conditions, amend, alter, and cancel the terms of this agreement at our own discretion. We are not required to share the update of the terms and conditions via mail or alert and request our clients and partners to check this page frequently.

When you buy, sell, undertake any service with us, you agree to these policies and terms. We own the right to cancel or terminate your account and order if a customer does not comply with our terms and conditions.

While creating an account or undertaking a service, we will take information such as contact name, address, e-mail address, contact number and other details. Our use of your personal information as stated above is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our product for smartphones and other accessories are subject to change. We own the right to change the prices based on our discretion. The changes in prices can be undertaken by us any time and without any notice.

Regarding payment related details we are transparent and there is no hidden charges. All transactions undertaken with us is applicable to taxes/GST based on the government directives as applicable in India.

Quotations

We reserve the complete right to change the quotation/offering at any time based on our discretion. Our initial quotation is just an indication to our customer on the value of the device or service. We own the right to change the quote, post examining the device. Post submission of the quote by our team whether through the app, website or through our affiliates, you are legally bound to sell the device to us at the same price quoted. Also at instances wherein while inspecting the device we notice any missing parts, damage, change in model and beyond the agreed terms, we own the right to cancel or change the offer.

Personal Information in Phone

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal information which is stored in your mobile. We request clients to take ownership, responsibility and remove all personal data from phone memory covering – contacts, sms, games, photos, videos, e-mail backups, IM addresses, files and other data. We don’t take any ownership related to any claims or misuse of your personal data. We request the customers to save/delete the personal information before handing over the phone to us.

After Service Warranty

Our after-service warranty for any phone and accessories does not cover the following at any cause:

• Water damage due to customer’s carelessness or accident
• Damage caused due to mishandling
• Any form of accident which causes damage to device and parts
• Damage due to fall whether intentionally or otherwise
• Issue of internal hardware and software issue
• Any losses of data happening as a result of the repair and service

Selling

We leave the decision making of selling a device at our platform to our clients and customers. We request customers to get convinced to deal with us at their own choice. Also, we don’t encourage minors and kids to use our website or sell any device to us. We believe that whether it is an individual, wholesaler or business who want to sell device with us, owns the right of the device. We don’t encourage and accept devices which are counterfeit and not legally authorized. If a customer does not qualify for the above, we request them not to sell with us.

Guidelines for selling:

• Seller needs to certify that he/she is the legal owner of the device
• All devices sold to us must ensure that they carry certain key mandated documents – Attested id proof of the seller and copy of the purchase invoice.
• We don’t encourage in buying any device in any scenario which has been received by you as a part of government distribution or NGO distribution.
• We want our customers to understand that once the device is sold in our platform, in no circumstances the device can be returned.

Advertisements

Our advertisement contents are not allowed to be reproduced and used elsewhere by our partners and clients. The mode and extent of the advertisement are subject to change based on our discretion without any notice to clients. We have the rights to change, alter and remove promotions, coupons and special offers any time.

Limitation of the liability

Any person hereby agreed to fully indemnify in connection with the following –

• Use of our content in the site
• Use of our trademark and name
• Any breach of agreement, warranty and other covenants with us
