Cancellation

The customers can cancel the orders placed by them within 24 hours of placing them. Beyond this time frame, the request shall not be considered. The request for the cancellation should be sent in writing to the official email id of the company. Products sold under special discounts and schemes are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 21 days of cancellation request. However, the products received back should in brand new condition and all the tags and labels should be attached to the same. Personalized and customized items would not be taken back, and hence return, cancellation and refund policies do not apply to those products.
